Lakeview Academy's summer programs can be a time to have fun, explore, and discover something new. Lakeview Academy offers a wide variety of programs and camps that provide fun, hands-on experiences including science challenges, outdoor exploration, athletics, fine arts, and creative play. Our camps will appeal to a broad mix of interests, abilities, and ages, (3-year-olds through rising 12th grade) and most are open to children throughout the community.

Forms of Payment:
Fee is payable online by credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa), debit card, or online check.

Refund Policy:
Refund Policy: Cancellation request must be received 14 days prior to the first day of the session for which you have enrolled. A $25 (for summer camps) or $100 (for the College Application Jump Start) administrative fee is deducted from each refund. If a program is cancelled by Lakeview Academy you will be issued a FULL refund. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. No exceptions.

Emergency Contact Information:
The Student Health Record form is for those attendees who are not students at Lakeview Academy. The form is located on the right of this page. If your child does not attend Lakeview Academy, please download it, print it, complete it, and return the form to Angela Bradley.
