Apply to Lakeview

Lakeview Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school and the school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid, and loan programs and athletic and other school administered programs.

Step 1: Inquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in Lakeview Academy! We would like to provide you with more information about our school and look forward to visiting with you. Please take a moment to fill out our inquiry form. You can access the inquiry form via the orange inquiry button on the right side of this page. By completing this form you will automatically be subscribed to our parents' weekly newsletter, the VIP Newsletter.

Once your information is received and you receive our response, we hope you will call (770-531-2602) or email to schedule a tour of our campus. 

Step 2: Application

Application process for new students:
Step One must be completed before moving on to Step Two. Please select the appropriate “Apply” button above and to the right to begin the application process and follow the instructions to the right in the green boxes that apply to the grade level of your child.

Students applying from outside the U.S. should follow the steps on the International Students page.

Step 3: Contract

Upon acceptance, families return the online enrollment contract that will be emailed to you by our Business Office within seven days of acceptance. To reserve your child's space in the upcoming school year, please complete the online enrollment contract and pay the deposit within 10 days of receipt.

If you are applying for a Georgia GOAL Scholarship, please contact Angela Presley prior to completing the online enrollment contract.

Apply | K3 - 1st grade


Please submit the $75 application fee using the links on the online application. After you complete the application form, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your application to Lakeview Academy. 

You can check the status of your application by logging back into the site using the user name and password you created when you applied. Once on this site, click the clipboard icon to check outstanding documents.

After the above requested documents are received, we will contact you regarding admission acceptance.

Apply | 2nd-12th grade

  • Parents sign the Transcript Release Form, which can be downloaded by clicking here and give it to the applicant’s current school.
  • The complete application must include:
    • birth certificate, immunization certificate and social security card
    • academic grades from current period and three previous years
    • standardized test scores for three previous years, if applicable.
    • attendance records
    • conduct report (if any)
    • completed Teacher Recommendation Form: 2nd - 5th grades or 6th - 12th grades
  • Copies of IEPs, special services, or psychological reports, if any.

Please submit the $75 application fee using the links on the online application. After you complete the application form, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your application to Lakeview Academy. 

The Admission Office will contact you to schedule a required day visit with student host after all required documents are received. The applicant will join a student host in their current grade for classes, lunch and a tour. This provides applicants an opportunity to experience Lakeview from a student’s perspective.

After the above requested documents are received and your child has completed their visit, we will contact you regarding admission acceptance.
