- 4:00pm- Call time- (EVERYONE must be signed in and have phones turned in and be eating dinner)
- 4:15pm- 4:30- People in Carrying the Banner (where headline gets posted), Carrying the Banner Reprise
- 4:30-4:45pm- King of New York, World will Know Reprise
- 4:45-5:00pm- Fight after Seize the Day
- 5:00- Finale pose of Finale
- 5:05pm-5:50pm- Record music with Mrs. Hoge (She will give you the order and schedule- be ready to go and we will need ABSOLUTE quiet to get this done- continue getting ready and getting mics on when you are not recording and crew keep EVERYONE quiet
- 6:00pm- run Brooklyn's Here and Seize the Day Reprise (with hum) with Mrs. Plummer (Work these in class as well)
- 6:15pm- Mic Check
- 6:30pm- Begin Show
- 9:00pm- Final notes and then clean up and pre-set for tomorrow
- 9:30pm-9:45pm All Cast and Crew signed out and picked up by this time.
