Community Show Dress Rehearsals

- 4:00pm- Call time- (EVERYONE must already be signed in and have phones turned in and be eating dinner)
- 4:00pm- backstage crew meeting with Mrs. Hoge (you can eat together) lighting meeting in booth- (you can bring your food up to the booth)
- 4:00pm-4:45pm Get completely ready-Costumes, Makeup, Mics, etc. Do not turn on mics yet but do have new batteries
- 4:45pm-Report to stage to fix spacing, scene and vocal issues
- 5:15pm- Lift Call and Fight Call
- 5:35pm- Freshmen circle and vocal warm ups
- 5:55pm- Mic check (make sure to turn your mics on)
- 6:05pm- Run Encore and one other number TBD
- 6:25pm- Check all presets and go to Ballroom (Mr. Harris will show you)
- 6:30pm- final circle
- 6:50pm- Places for show
- 7:00pm- Pre-show speech and Downbeat of show
- 9:30-9:45pm- Visit in lobby
- 9:50pm- All mics turned in and all cast and crew members backstage or in dressing rooms
- 10:05pm Meet in house
- 10:10pm- Sign out
- All Cast and Crew signed out and picked up by 10:15pm
- Adults out by 10:25pm
