Lakeview Artist Wins Congressional Art Competition
Lakeview senior Reed Butler’s artwork, “Reading Bear,” won 1st Place for the 2019 Congressional Art Competition for the 9th Congressional District. Reed and his parent will be flown to D.C. in July and will be recognized at an award ceremony in Washington D.C. The artwork will be displayed at the U.S. Capitol for one year. Congratulations, Reed!
