Historic Lady Lions Going to State!
Congratulations to Lakeview's varsity girls cross country team who placed 3rd at the recent region meet qualifying them to advance to state. This will be the girls team's first appearance at state. Sara Nivens placed 9th in the girls varsity meet and Ashlee Hall placed 6th in the JV girls race. Henry Stewart finished 8th in the region and Isaac Marcero finished 10th. The boys team tied for 4th but lost in a heartbreaking tiebreaker.
