Lakeview Lions Compete in First Swim Meet of the Season

The Lakeview Academy varsity swim team competed in our first swim meet of the season this past weekend at Frances Meadows. Marina Pate finished second overall in the 100m  breast stroke with a time of 1:26.29. She also finished 4th overall in the 200m IM race with a time of 1:21.64. Hank Brock finished second in his heat for the 50 free with a time of 29:83, he also finished 4th in his heat for the 100m backstroke with a time of 1:29.32.

William Harrison finished 3rd in his heat for the 50 freestyle stroke with a time of 32.20. He also finished 5th in his heat for the 100 freestyle stroke with a time of 1:14.83. Jackson Newton set personal best times in the 50 freestyle and the 100 back stroke with times of 46.47, and 2:12.97.
