Driver’s Ed (+ADAP) 

Age: 15 years old +
Session: June 3 – 7
30 hours of classroom instruction (fulfills Joshua’s Law requirement for the State of Georgia). Included in the class is the state-required... 
 
... Electronic Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (E-ADAP). After completing the classroom course, students sign-up for six (6) hours of driving instruction (three 2-hour sessions) with another A1 instructor to practice driving skills and the skills required to pass the DDS Road Test. Drive times should be scheduled within a calendar year.

Note: This course is NOT offered through Lakeview Academy. It is through A-1 Driving School. Only the classroom instruction portion of the course is taught on campus by Upper School teacher, John Gilbert. On-road driving instruction will be scheduled and completed by another A-1 Driving School instructor. Before registering, check the areas A-1 offers driving classes as the address for the pickup/drop off locations must be in the driving instructor’s covered area.
 
Time: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm 
Fee: $475 (Paid directly to A-1 Driving School)
