Welcome to the Lakeview Academy Middle School, grades 6-8. Our philosophy of Middle School education is to meet students where they are at this pivotal time in their lives. We have built a program that makes Middle School the magical place it is, not a holding pattern until high school. Middle School students learn to make academic decisions for themselves as they select curriculum options that fit their interests while also learning to be accountable for assignments. Innovation classes encourage the creative fluidity of students of this age. Gender-specific study halls allow time and space for students to be themselves.
In addition to our strong core curriculum, Middle School students are enriched with physical education, arts, technology, and Spanish throughout the year. Optional co-curricular programs in robotics, chess, and tennis round out the educational experience. The Lakeview Middle School faculty and staff are innovative and creative in developing lessons that meet the needs of all different learners.
Beyond the classroom walls, Lakeview Middle School students engage in service projects within the Gainesville community. Students assist SISU integrated early learning center, Family Promise of Hall County, and Good News Clinics.
Lakeview Academy Middle School offers a safe, positive, creative, and nurturing environment for your children. We invite you to learn more about our Middle School through this website, the

magic in the middle at Lakeview Academy!
