Lakeview Soccer Players Named to Preseason All-State Soccer Teams

In a taste of a great season to come, the Lakeview girls soccer team opened their season on February 8th with a 9-2 victory over North Hall. Millie Filson scored in the first few minutes to put Lakeview up 1-0. Lakeview went up 5-1 at halftime with two more goals from Millie and a goal each from Annie Nivens and Sara Nivens. Lakeview kept up the pressure in the 2nd half getting a 4th goal from Millie Filson, two goals from McKenna Filson, and a goal from Ella Grace Leek. McKenna, Annie, Millie, and Lauren Scott each had assists.
