Extended Learning

Available for Preschool through 5th grade
Monday-Friday from 2:15pm-5:30pm 

Instructions:

• Complete a separate form for each child attending Extended Learning.
• Complete this form prior to each week your child will attend Extended Learning. NOTE: If your child will have the same schedule for the full year, you only need to complete  this form one time (select 'yes' for question four below).
• Indicate the pick-up time for each day your child is attending
• If your child has other after school activities prior to arriving at Extended Learning, please indicate on the appropriate days so we know when your child will be arriving.

Fees:
All charges will be billed on your student's Tuition Management monthly statement
One-time Registration Fee = $25 (per child)
Daily Fee = $8 per hour (if form submitted by Monday of the week attending)
Drop-in Fee = $13 per hour (applies if form is submitted after Monday of the week attending)
NOTE: Once registered for a day/week, fees are charged even if your child ends up not attending. 
Late Pick-up Fee (after 5:30pm) = $10 per 10 minutes (or any portion thereof) per family.

Reminder: Extended Learning is  NOT available on days with early dismissal.
