Lower School Back-to-School Information
After School Extended Care
Extended care is available to all our PreK 3 through 5th-grade students for after-school care up to 5:30 p.m. Click the "Read More" button for more details, including fees.
Parents are billed a fee for this service. Families should register in advance using the electronic registration form, which is a "Registration" tile located on the Parents' Resource Board of the Lion Portal.**
Extended Care is in room 417 in the Intermediate Building.
Parents arriving after 4 p.m. should pick up their child in Extended Care on the playground or at the exterior door of room 417, which opens to the top parking lot.
NOTE: Extended Care closes at 4:00 p.m. for the Fall Festival (October 23, 2025) and Candlelight (December 4, 2025).
Extended Care is not available on half-days:

There is an additional charge for children who have not registered ahead of time but need childcare in the afternoons.2025-2026 Extended Learning Fees:
All charges will be billed on your student's Tuition Management monthly statement.
- One-time Annual Registration Fee = $25 (per child)
- Daily Fee = $8 per hour (if the registration* is submitted by the Monday of the week attending)
- Drop-in Fee = $13 per hour (applies if your child is registered* after Monday of the week attending)
- Late Pick-up Fee (after 5:30 p.m.) = $10 per 10 minutes (or any portion thereof) per family.
*NOTE: Once registered for a day/week, fees are charged even if your child does not attend.
