Middle School robotics team wins 1st Place “Champion's Award”?
Lakeview’s Middle School robotics team rocked this weekend at the 2016 South Forsyth First Lego League Qualifier, held at South Forsyth High School, in Cumming, Georgia! Against 10 teams from across the region, the team won the 1st Place “Champion's Award”
Lakeview’s Middle School robotics team rocked this weekend at the 2016 South Forsyth First Lego League Qualifier, held at South Forsyth High School, in Cumming, Georgia! Against 10 teams from across the region, the team won the 1st Place “Champion's Award” for embracing gracious professionalism while achieving excellence and innovation in both the robot game and project. They will be advancing to the Super Regional competition in January.
More exciting news! As part of the project for the competition, the team created an app, called “PetRescue.” It is all about helping to find homes for lost or abandoned animals. You can download it for free from the Google Play Store!
