Sea Lions Close Season Strong with PR-Filled Performance at State Meet
After qualifying for the state meet, the Sea Lions concluded their season with a strong performance at Georgia Tech during the 2026 GIAA State Meet last Monday.
The following swimmers earned personal records in one or more events: Emma Gonzalez (Back); Reece Chambers (50 Free, 100 Fly, 100 Breast); Evan Wallace (200 IM, 50 Free, 100 Free); Lucas Chittaro (200 IM, 100 Free); Samson Weishaupt (100 Breast); Dane Martinez (50 Back); and Dalton Kenimer (50 Free, 50 Back).
In addition, the Varsity Boys 200 Medley Relay team of Lucas Chittaro, Samson Weishaupt, Evan Wallace, and Case Beverly shattered their team's personal record.
