We are excited about the new school year. To ensure you are ready, all families should complete the steps and checklist below. If you are a new student, please click the "New-to-Lakeview Student Checklist" link to the left.
  1. Go to www.lakeviewacademy.com and login to the Lion Portal to access class schedules (available 8/01/18 for US and 08/15/18 for MS) and class rosters (available 8/15/18), review and update your contact information, and complete your student health and other required school forms.  
  1. Since there is a lot of valuable information found in the division back-to-school pages, (i.e. school supplies, uniforms, embroidery shops, etc.), click the Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School buttons on the left for answers to commonly asked questions.
  • Complete the Computer Purchase and the optional Lease Agreement (all 9th grade students and new students in grades 10-12) DUE by 8/1/18 - accessed via the Lion Portal 
    • Laptop Purchase School Form (2018-19)
    • Laptop Lease School Form (2018-19), optional, if leasing
  • All School Forms Completed by 8/20/18: (Accessed via the Lion Portal)
    • Student Health Form-REQUIRED (2018-19) completed (grades K3-12) 
    • Permission to Administer Medication (2018-19) completed (grades K3-12) 
    • Emergency Contacts (2018-19) completed (grades K3-12) 
    • Student & Family Updates reviewed and completed (grades K3-12) 
    • Responsible Technology Use Policy forms
    • Transportation Registration (2018-19) completed (grades K3-12) - This form is for field trips and daily bus transportation

Lakeview Academy Summer Hours

  • Except for summer class locations, all offices will be closed on Fridays and entrances locked.
  • Administrative Wing (located at the bell tower/admissions entrance) will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • The Lower School Office and the Upper School Office will be open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. To contact the Upper School, please email them at upperschooloffice@lakeviewacademy.org.
  • The Walters Athletic Center (WAC) is closed for the summer. No one is to enter the WAC the week of July 23 as the floor will be refinished.
  • Except for the offices and entrances listed above, all other offices will be closed and entrances locked during the summer months.
Normal business hours and days will resume Monday, August 13, 2018.
