Track Team Shines at Region Meet

Our track and field team delivered an outstanding performance at last week’s Region Meet, with several athletes earning top-8 finishes. The top three finishers in each event automatically qualify for next week’s State Championships, along with the next six best times or marks across the state.
 
Congratulations to our standout competitors:
  • Will Rogers – 2nd place, Long Jump (State Qualifier)
  • Jaylen Wright – 2nd place, 400m; 4th place, 800m (State Qualifier)
  • Landon Beasley – 5th place, Discus (Expected State Qualifier based on statewide rankings)
  • Grant Roberts – 8th place, Long Jump
