Lakeview is the Region One-Act Play Champion!

Lakeview’s theater students won first place Monday in the GISA Region 4AAA One-Act Play championship and are now headed to state November 15-16. Their performance of The SpongeBob Musical earned almost a perfect score from Monday’s judges. 
 
Not only did they win the region championship, but they also took home these individual awards:
  • Best Actress: Kathryn McWhorter
  • Best Actor: Parker White
  • Best Supporting Actress: Abby McMahan
  • Best Supporting Actor: William Hake
  • All-Star Cast: Harrison Slattery, Hannah Cobb, and Hank Brock

Wednesday’s show (11/8) is primarily reserved for families with young children and starts at 6:30 p.m. The remaining shows (Th – Sat) are at 7 p.m. nightly.
