Please arrive on campus by 8:15 am and be ready to leave Lakeview Academy at 8:30 am sharp. The bus will be leaving from the gravel parking lot. We will be traveling to Kennesaw State University for a tour and for lunch and then spending the afternoon visiting the University of North Georgia (Dahlonega). We anticipate being back around 4:45 pm. Students will be reminded to call their parents when we are on the way home and have a more accurate estimate of our arrival time.
What to bring:
All students will be billed for the trip and lunch. However, we might be visiting the bookstores on campus and you will need money if you would like to purchase snacks or items in the bookstores. Bring a positive attitude and thoughtful questions.

You may dress out of uniform. However, we ask that you dress nicely. You may wear a sweater, collared shirt, or long-sleeved top of some sort with your jeans or khaki pants. Please do not wear a hoodie, a t-shirt, sweatpants, or leggings. You are representing Lakeview Academy and need to do so appropriately. Dress comfortably and appropriately, especially in the shoe department. We will be doing a LOT of walking. We will also tour rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, bring an umbrella and/or rain jacket and appropriate shoes to potentially walk around on wet sidewalks. You may want to bring a change of clothes in case you do get wet on a tour and want to change into dry clothes on the bus.
