Summer Business Hours

Beginning Tuesday, May 30, 2023, and continuing through the summer months, the Lower, Middle, and Upper School Offices will observe the following summer staffing and hours of operation:

Starting Friday, June 9, 2023, business days will be Monday-Thursday and all offices will be closed on Fridays and entrances locked except for summer programs.

Administrative Wing (located at the bell tower/admissions entrance) will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Lower School Office will be closed this summer due to renovations. To contact the Lower School, please email them at lowerschool@lakeviewacademy.org.

The Middle School Office will be closed through July 31, 2023. To contact the Middle School, please email them at middleschooloffice@lakeviewacademy.org.

The Upper School Office will be open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. To contact the Upper School, please email them at upperschooloffice@lakeviewacademy.org.

The Walters Athletic Center (WAC) will be closed this summer, except for team practices and summer programs.

Except for the offices and entrances listed above, all other offices will be closed and entrances locked during the summer months.

Summer Assignments

Students in grades 6-12 have summer assignments with the majority due the first day or week of the 2023-2024 school year.

Reading is an essential part of any child’s academic development. While not required, to help families choose developmentally appropriate texts, a curated list of suggested books for preschool through 5th grade is available. In addition, Lakeview Academy encourages all rising fourth- and fifth-grade students to spend time reading regularly and reviewing their math concepts over the summer.
