  • Summer Business Hours

    Beginning Tuesday, May 28, 2024, and continuing through the summer months, the Lower, Middle, and Upper School Offices will observe the following summer staffing and hours of operation:
  • Business days will be Monday-Thursday
  • All offices will be closed on Fridays
  • Entrances will be locked (except for summer programs)
  • Administrative Wing
    • Located at the bell tower/admissions entrance
    • Will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
  • The Middle School Office: 
    • Will be closed through August 2, 2024.
    • For questions or assistance from the Middle School, please email Dr. Wade Hanse at wade.hanse@lakeviewacademy.org.
  • The Walters Athletic Center (WAC)
    • Will be closed this summer (except for team practices and summer programs).
All other offices will be closed and entrances locked during the summer months.

  • Summer Assignments and Practices

    Lakeview Academy recognizes the critical importance of students resting and recharging over the summer months. As such, Lakeview takes a balanced approach to summer work by providing optional practice opportunities in several domains and limiting mandatory work to essential areas. The following downloads list required summer assignments and those with optional practice opportunities for this summer. Those with assignments are typically due the first day or week of school.
Lakeview Academy is a private, coeducational day school for students in preschool through 12th grade, located in Gainesville, GA minutes off I-985/Hwy 365.
