Prom

Students,

If you are planning to bring a guest/date to Prom who attends another school, you must complete the following form with their parent/guardian contact information in advance for security and safety purposes.  This form should be submitted no later than Wednesday, May 1^st.

Parents,

The senior walk-out at Prom occurs at 8:00 PM, so all students should arrive at Prom no later than 7:45 PM.  Prom is scheduled to last until 10:30 PM.  To help keep your students safe and accounted for, we will not allow any underclassmen (Grades 9-11) to leave the Prom earlier than 9:30 PM unless you email your permission for them to do so to matt.phillips@lakeviewacademy.org.
