Low brass (trombone, euphonium, and tuba) teacher
Kasey is currently a music education major at the University of North Georgia, studying with renowned Euphonium teacher and solo artist, Adam Frey. He has also worked with Daniel-Isaac Brunson and draws inspiration from the teachings of Arnold Jacobs. As the low brass instructor at North Hall High School, Kasey runs sectionals for trombone, euphonium, and tuba in the marching band setting. He has appeared as a featured soloist on many occasions with area ensembles and in 2021 was awarded the Lyman Hammond Leadership Award for his both his musical achievements and his work in establishing the Eta Zeta chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon, UNG's only professional music fraternity. Kasey currently serves as Vice President of CNAfME at the University of North Georgia and president of the Eta Zeta Chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon.
