71% of Lakeview AP exams receiving passing score
All Lakeview students who take an AP course are required to take the AP exam at the end of the year. Some of the successes from the 2020 exams include:
- 12 of Lakeview's 16 AP courses had a mean score above the state mean.
- 71% of the 230 exams taken had a passing score including:
- 100% passed the 2D Art project (4.5 mean score)
- 100% passed the Spanish Language and Culture exam (4.17 mean score)
- 100% passed the AP English Literature and Composition exam (4.0 mean score)
- 100% passed the AP Computer Science Principles exam (4.0 mean score)
- 100% passed the AP Biology exam (3.82 mean score)
- 84% of those taking the AP Environmental exam passed (3.76 mean score)
- 80% of those taking AP Chemistry exam passed (3.4 mean score)
