MS Robotics Team Wins Core Value Award at State
Lakeview's Middle School Robotics Blue team recently earned FIRST PLACE in Core Values at the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) State Championships at Georgia Tech. The Core Values Award is awarded to the “team that embraces the culture of FIRST LEGO League through team building, team spirit, and displayed enthusiasm.” The team also did well in their robot run. Out of 380 teams in Georgia, only 25 made it to state, and they finished in the top 12!
Congratulations to Easton McNair, Hayden Silcox, Cade Alexander, Dani Kirkley, Sierra Piper, Connor Smith and Zach Johnson as well as Coaches Parker, Jameson and Kirkley on an outstanding season! Go Lions!
