At the GIAA State Championship which was held on November 17-19 at the Forest City Gun Club in Savannah, Jakob Duke placed 3rd in Sporting Clays, 10th Overall (HOA), and was a GIAA All-State Selection. In addition, senior Dylan Mulka placed 4th in Trap. Lakeview had its highest team score ever recorded with 1278/1500. Out of 19 teams in region AAA, Lakeview finished 8th. The meet was the largest state meet to date with approximately 550 8th-12th grade participants from around Georgia.
